All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 8 business days depending on where you live.
New York Residents-please note: Standard UPS ground service should get your order to you in one to three days. It is not necessary to pay for any type of expedited service.
Some items are custom made to order and require additional time or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Items that may be out of stock may take an additional 2-3 days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied or simply would like to return your order please do so within 20 days of receiving the order. Please let us via email that you will be returning your order or part of the order. Please include the original invoice/packing slip or print up the order confirmation that you received in the email after order was placed.
Include a note stating that this is a return. This ensures a much faster refund. If the package shows up and we have no other information it could cause a delay in the refund. Sorry, we do not accept return on books, videos, groin cups, mouth guards, training mats, & custom embroidery work). If you ordered something from us in an unusually high quantity or something we had to outsource for you, then the sale is final. We also don not accept returns on used or damaged items under any circumstances, sorry ! Shipping is non refundable and we do not pay for shipping an order back. Once we have received merchandise, we will issue a refund back to the same credit/debit card used to make the order. We will take a 20% re-stocking fee from the price of the item(s) being returned. However, we will charge you a re-shipping fee to send back the product to your location. On all uniforms, make sure that the pants string are not pulled. This causes the top waist material to bunch up and it's not considered brand new. We do not do exchanges for books, videos, & groin cups. Customer will be responsible to send items back to our location for returns & exchanges.
